Holiday Style

It's that time of year! Christmas/Holiday parties are in full swing. Most ladies will pull out their "little black dress" in an effort not to stand out in the crowd. However, for my husband's office party I decided to throw that standard style out of the window!!!

Can you say Christmas fashion reboot?

I love to shop at thrift stores. The adrenaline rush that comes from finding designer labels for as little as $1 is simply addictive!! There is nothing else like it!

Ok back to the outfit details... I found this Thread Social skirt last year at a local thrift store for $4 (retail $100+). This wool skirt has a chevron pattern, pockets, and high satin waste band. I adore the monochromatic nature of the color pallet along with the pattern.

I decided to mix it up with this vintage BOLD pink blouse. This blouse features a high neck frilly lapel. The stripes on the blouse are so subtle you will miss them if not careful. It was an amazing purchase for only $1!!!

So I hope you are inspired to shake up your Christmas style this season!!
